Delivery to the Cape Town metro typically takes 1–2 business days. Other major cities take 2–4 business days. Remote areas may take longer. Orders placed before 12:00 are usually dispatched the same day.

Yes. You can collect from our Gardens, Cape Town store at no extra charge. Collection is available Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00.

Our soaps use natural oils and butters (olive, coconut, shea), botanical extracts, and skin-safe fragrance or essential oils. Full ingredient lists are listed on each product page.

Many of our soaps, including our Oatmeal & Honey Co range, are formulated for sensitive skin. Check the product description for specific skin-type recommendations.

A typical 100g bar lasts 4–6 weeks with regular daily use, depending on how it's stored between uses. Keeping it on a draining soap dish extends its life significantly.

Most of our range is vegan and none of our products or ingredients are tested on animals. Check the individual product page for the exact ingredient list, as a small number of items contain honey or beeswax.

You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if it is faulty on arrival, not as described, or damaged in transit. The product must be in its original packaging. See soaps-r-us.terminalvelocityai.tech/returns for full details.
